Pricing FAQ
What happens when my Pro subscription ends?
Your account stays. You can still log in and view your detection history. You're downgraded to Free (3 checks/day) until you resubscribe.
Is Lifetime really lifetime?
One-time payment. Access for the lifetime of the product. Major v2+ features may require a separate purchase. We always honor your current feature set within fair use.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Click "Start trial" — no credit card. Get full Pro features for 7 days. We email you on day 5 and day 6. On day 7, your account converts to Free automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Pro Monthly: 7 days. Pro Annual & Lifetime: 14 days. Full refund through Stripe Customer Portal at /account/billing. For help: [email protected]. SLA 48 hours.
How does the 4-model parallel check work?
Every detection runs through 4 different models simultaneously: RoBERTa OpenAI, Sapling, Gemini text classification, and our internal classifier. You see each model's score plus a divergence indicator showing how much they agree.
Do you store my text?
By default, no. Free tier: zero retention beyond 24 hours. Pro tier: 7 days history (can disable). API: discarded after the call returns.
Is there a student discount?
Use code STUDENT50 for 50% off Pro Monthly (verify .edu email). Annual and Lifetime are already discounted; the code doesn't stack.
What about the API?
API tiers start free (100 checks/mo) and scale to Enterprise. Web Pro users need a separate API plan for programmatic access.
