By using AICheckHub you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the service.

2. Permitted Uses

• Checking text you own or have permission to analyse
• Academic research and journalism
• Integration into your own products via our API (within plan limits)
• Educational use by teachers and students

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Submit text that you do not have the right to share (e.g. confidential documents of others)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or scrape our detection models
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm individuals
• Resell API access without written authorisation
• Automate requests beyond your plan's stated rate limits
• Submit content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice. Suspected legal violations will be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
